Housing Pathways for NDIS Participants; Research project
The Melbourne Disability Institute and the Brotherhood of St Laurence are co-funding a research project on the different housing pathways available for people with disability.
The information and tools produced during the seven-month project will be disseminated through an online platform open to people with disability, service providers and NDIS Local Area Coordinators to respond to the increasing need for accessible housing.
The research team are also collecting and addressing questions around Non-SDA housing options as part of their research. If you have a burning question, submit it on their page.

Our aim is to provide a platform for people looking for accessible accommodation across Australia to search for available accessible housing.
Many housing providers previously didn’t have a central place to list their accommodation to people needing it. www.disabilityhousing.com.au provides that space, where tenants and housing providers can connect.
