The vacant bedroom has a built in wardrobe, heating and cooling, window furnishings and fire sprinkler system fitted through the house. Bedroom furnishings will need to be supplied and the remainder of the house is furnished.

Currently 3 female and 1 male share this house and have been for many years – would be suitable for either a male or female between the ages of 35-60. The house has a SIL provider and is funded at basic to support individuals with all aspects of independent daily living skills.
