The property is a 2-building residential block, with housing available for up to 6 NDIS participating
individuals, and one on-site support caretaker, as-well as an emergency backup available on call.
First building has 3 single persons dwellings each featuring a large bedroom, large bathroom with toilet, shower and wash basin and a lounge area with a kitchenette. There is a shared laundry which includes a washer and drier. There is a private grassed area as well as a BBQ and alfresco dining area for entertaining guests.
The second building has been designed for 3 individuals to share a home. this includes a shared large bathroom, open plan lounge and kitchenette. the building has stairs at the front and rear of the building so is suitable for people with good mobility. This building can be used as a respite or holiday getaway.

Attached to both properties is a large open plan kitchen and dining which can offer catering to all occupants if desired. Alternatively, the support worker can assist with cooking and guidance during meal prep.
